We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team at Landmark Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Assist with room maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Dental and health care plans available.
- Permanent position with 16 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
