Total Compensation

  • Base salary ranging from $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.
  • Annual bonus potential of 35% based on individual and company performance.
  • Monthly vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement.

Job Purpose

This role serves as the primary sales representative responsible for achieving designated sales and profitability objectives within a specified territory. The focus is on generating new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Territory

The designated area includes Quebec City and its surrounding regions, extending from Drummondville to Trois Rivières and northward of Quebec City. This position is remote, allowing for work primarily from home or on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a relevant sales pipeline for assigned accounts.
  • Implement regionally and globally aligned accounts receivable strategies while meeting financial and operational targets in line with company budgets.
  • Keep clients informed about pertinent information and advanced technologies, maintaining high-level engagement with management from both existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to customers regarding the application and benefits of our products.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of all orders and customer communications.
  • Address and resolve complex customer complaints effectively.
  • Participate in seminars and trade shows as directed by management, including occasional travel with clients to explore new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Proficient in French with basic English skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the vehicle body finish coating sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a sales role.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities across all management levels, peer groups, and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel over 50% of the time by car and adapt to a flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
