  • Primary Contact Role: Serve as the main liaison with our clientele for the precise definition of aircraft interior and exterior completion finishes, furnishings, and equipment configurations, along with their corresponding technical specification packages.
  • Sales Support: Assist both International and Domestic wide-body sales teams in addressing completion-related inquiries from prospects and customers.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with various internal teams, including Engineering, Interior Design, Program Management, Estimation, Finance, Legal, Contract Management, and Sales, to ensure that all Completion Definition specifications align with our business strategy while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Approval Accountability: Responsible for securing necessary management and customer approvals, thereby committing the organization to the construction and delivery of the final approved Completion Definition Package.
  • Delivery Coordination: Guide and inform our customers to ensure their preparedness for delivery activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless process and exceptional customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Possesses an undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as aeronautical engineering, aviation management, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Has a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in business or commercial aviation.
  • Holds at least two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively to achieve key milestones, demonstrating solid project management capabilities.
  • Understands complex technical specifications and certification constraints, with the capacity to become a product expert on intricate offerings.
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills, able to engage with all organizational levels, from operational staff to executive leadership, and effectively communicate with various customer representatives.
  • Is an articulate and persuasive speaker with strong presentation skills, commanding an appropriate presence in any situation or negotiation.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer orientation.
  • Is expected to be a collaborative team player and a leader within a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Capable of supporting a flexible work environment and available for travel.
