Your contributions to the team will include:

  • Adhering to Bombardier's General Work Requirements.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers in daily communications, coordinating and following up on items such as quotes, preliminary invoices, progress updates, customer approvals, and warranty issues.
  • Managing multiple aircraft projects, identifying potential risks, and handling constraints, including pricing codes and work orders.
  • Executing and maintaining schedules through aircraft delivery and follow-up, ensuring workflow is on schedule and within budget.
  • Facilitating status meetings across departments and updating daily reports on aircraft status.
  • Assisting with special programs in collaboration with Planning, Invoice Analysts, and Materials.
  • Reviewing and approving final customer invoices as necessary, along with margin analysis and warranty negotiations.
  • Conducting post-project activities, including customer follow-up calls and issue resolution.
  • Meeting or exceeding financial objectives for all projects and managing payment terms with customers.
  • Overseeing project governance, including reviews of over/under performance and billing efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining essential relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational performance.
  • Contributing to the accuracy of billing and invoicing KPIs, including forecasting and revenue analysis for assigned projects.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer project management or supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FAA, EASA, or Transport Canada.
  • Understanding of aircraft maintenance inspection programs.
  • Familiarity with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations applicable to aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships across various levels.
  • Customer service skills to manage communications and resolve crises effectively.
  • Planning and organizational skills to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to project management and maintenance operations.
