About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to enhance our expanding team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage emergency calls from clients and initiate auto and home claims as necessary.
  • Provide professional assistance on calls to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address urgent situations with courtesy and respect.
  • Recommend our trusted partners to clients (e.g., rental services, body shops, emergency services, contractors).
  • Document incoming inquiries following established protocols.
  • Consult, interpret, verify, amend, and update various documents and data as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in insurance or related fields.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both French and English.
  • A strong passion for customer service.
  • Proficiency with computer systems.
  • No prior Canadian work experience is necessary, but eligibility to work in Canada is required.
