Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring detailed completion definitions for aircraft interior and exterior finishes, furnishings, and equipment configurations, along with their technical specifications.
  • Assist both International and Domestic sales teams in addressing completion-related inquiries during client meetings.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including Engineering, Interior Design, Program Management, Estimation, Finance, Legal, and Sales, to align Completion Definition specifications with our business strategy while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from management and clients, committing the company to the finalized Completion Definition Package.
  • Guide clients through the aircraft build process, ensuring their readiness for delivery activities.
  • Coordinate and lead aircraft delivery processes, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to guarantee a seamless experience.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as aeronautical engineering, aviation management, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the business or commercial aviation sector.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a proven track record in project management.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical specifications and certification requirements, with the potential to become a product expert.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels and diverse customer representatives.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • A customer-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative team player and a leader within multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to support a flexible work environment and travel as needed.
