Job Title: Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to join our team at Milani Immigration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize office operations
  • Organize and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Train and mentor team members in their duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on office performance and productivity
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and technology
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and work units
  • Offer guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
