About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at SAMIA TASNEEM MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently processed.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, performing backup procedures to ensure data preservation.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including classifying, labeling, and storing diskettes/disks and tapes of data.
  • Record Creation: Create digital records using a scanner and transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
