Position Overview

As a Systems Support Representative at InfoSpec Systems Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Work Environment
  • Help desk setting focused on resolving client inquiries and technical issues.
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with device drivers.
  • Understanding of networking hardware.
  • Knowledge of internet technologies.
  • Experience with servers.
  • Proficiency in desktop applications.
  • Expertise in MS Windows operating systems.
Experience Requirements
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
