Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Deserving Health International Corp. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve user issues
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
