Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Deserving Health International Corp. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that they have access to the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer networks, software, and hardware.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their technical inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems, using technical manuals, guides, and other resources as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain a log of problems and solutions, providing a reference for other technical support analysts.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Internet, desktop applications, TCP/IP.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Internet access, cellular phone.
