Role Overview: The Marketing Business Partner will play a vital role in our Canadian Technology Business, fostering collaboration between various marketing teams to implement effective marketing strategies tailored to our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships to achieve results.
  • Act as the marketing representative at senior leadership meetings, providing expertise and guidance.
  • Manage and enhance the marketing funnel, clearly communicating strategies and outcomes while collaborating with sales to improve performance.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to influence decisions and strategies.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial insight, project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, particularly with senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively, including planning and forecasting.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Background in Performance Marketing is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing strategy, ideally within the B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
