Role Overview:
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will play a key role in our marketing efforts.
This is a permanent position focused on enhancing Civica's visibility and expertise within targeted markets.

Your primary objective will be to generate a steady stream of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our Sales team, aligning with our revenue goals.

You will collaborate closely with our Canadian Technology Business, managing relationships across various marketing teams to implement effective marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve results.
- Serve as the marketing representative at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) level, becoming the primary marketing expert for your designated area.
- Utilize your confident and persuasive nature to thrive in a data-driven environment.
- Engage in strategic thinking and demonstrate commercial insight, along with robust project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a proven track record in stakeholder management, particularly within SLTs and C-Suite environments.
- Manage budgets effectively, including planning, forecasting, and analyzing MQLs and expenditures.
- Leverage analytical skills to inform decision-making and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within the B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
- Strong background in performance marketing.
