Role Overview:
The Marketing Business Partner will play a vital role in collaborating with our Canadian Technology division, ensuring effective marketing strategies are executed across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Act as the marketing representative at senior leadership meetings, serving as the primary marketing authority for your sector.
  • Develop, manage, and enhance the marketing funnel, effectively communicating strategies and results while collaborating with sales to enhance performance.
  • Exhibit a confident and persuasive demeanor, thriving in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial insight, and strong project management skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, particularly with senior leadership and executive teams, delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of successful teamwork.
  • Numerical proficiency with experience in budget management, including planning and forecasting.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making, utilizing metrics to guide strategies.
  • Background in Performance Marketing is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven marketing strategist with over 10 years of experience, ideally in the B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
