Job Summary:
Totem Recruiter is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Welcoming clients and managing the waiting area
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Providing information and answering questions
- Managing files, organizing, digitizing, and archiving documents
- Coordinating with team members
- Explaining procedures to clients
- Administrative Tasks:
- Entering data, producing daily reports
- Managing cash transactions
- Filling out various documents and declarations for clients
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Occasionally organizing special events
- Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- DEP in Secretariat/Administration or equivalent
- Good functional English
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and versatility
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available, flexible, and empathetic person
- Excellent mastery of Ms Office and computer skills in general
