Position Overview: As a Learning Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in conducting needs assessments and developing training programs, managing logistics, and facilitating delivery. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring team members while providing guidance to clients and partners during various development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis to align with the business challenges faced by partners, suppliers, and management.
  • Perform feasibility assessments, establish educational strategies, estimate required efforts, and conduct cost-benefit analyses for development projects. Propose innovative, needs-based solutions to enhance productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Design, develop, and pilot skills enhancement and training solutions tailored to the organization, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Act as a resource for collaborators and partners throughout the process, presenting business solutions to management to secure buy-in and demonstrate the value of training initiatives.
  • Formulate and implement transfer strategies for distributors and support systems.
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers or partners and assist in crafting agreements for specific programs.
  • Contribute to the formulation of skills development and training standards and policies.
