About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in creating and enabling employees to acquire deep expertise within the therapeutic areas they are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Learning Direction: Help shape the strategic learning direction for new brands and existing assets, ensuring that employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Training and Development: Provide initial and ongoing training of the sales force on foundational skills and knowledge, and conduct field visits to provide coaching and assess training needs.
  • Learning Solutions: Use Adult Learning, Blended Learning, and Modern Learning Principles to design, develop, and implement sales training programs that build clinical confidence and product knowledge.
  • Project Management: Establish and ensure consistent use of processes and tools to manage projects, and demonstrate strong prioritization skills.
  • Content Development: Develop sales training materials for clinical confidence and product training, and create annual brand learning plans to support learning activities throughout the year.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English is an important asset.
  • Project Management Skills: Highly skilled in project management and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Teams.
  • Communication and Networking Skills: Strong influence, communication, and networking skills to build relationships with cross-functional leadership and peers.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to help guide strategic and tactical planning.
