About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kagi Ontario Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze reports to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education
    • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills
    • Experience with database management and data analysis.
    • Knowledge of office management software and systems.
