About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our menu standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, requiring standing for extended periods and working under pressure. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, and the work language is English.
