Key Responsibilities- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier and national retail organizations to drive influence and mind share for Samsung products and services.
- Drive Sales Growth: Ensure all interactions with retail partners are focused on increasing sales and market share for Samsung.
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute on the go-to-market strategy of the regional team to ensure attainment of all KPIs and metrics that impact performance.
- Communicate Effectiveness: Communicate and report on the effectiveness of product launches and special promotions.
- Conduct Training and Meetings: Conduct and attend training sessions, meetings, and events on behalf of Samsung.
- Market Analysis: Gather market analysis and report on market trends of how Samsung products are perceived and performing in the market.
- Reporting and Planning: Complete daily store visit productivity reports as well as weekly and monthly activity reporting requirements.
- Training and Coaching: Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all retail sales distribution groups can demonstrate successful Samsung product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Sales Support: Train and coach carrier retail national retail sales reps, as well as provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation.
- Inventory Management: Ensure Samsung product stock levels and merchandising requirements meet product demand and escalate issues directly to Samsung to rectify.
- Brand Support: Support Samsung marketing and brand initiatives through maintaining direct contact with distribution points of sale in market.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that affect Samsung brand integrity and brand presence.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a multi-unit retail and/or field sales environment.
- Industry Experience: 2+ years' experience in the wireless industry.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of retail, marketing, and sales.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; process-driven.
- Thinking Abilities: Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive base salary of $55-60K, 25% quarterly bonus.
