Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to enhance and sustain the restaurant's profitability
  • Develop budgets to assess costs related to food, ingredients, beverages, and supplies
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations
  • Adjust food preparation techniques and pricing based on budgetary guidelines
  • Monitor revenue streams to manage labor costs effectively
  • Oversee staff performance and provide necessary training
  • Organize and manage daily operational tasks
  • Recruit and schedule staff appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and supplier negotiations
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate events and catering services
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Possession of a Serving It Right Certificate
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
