Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate financial plans and boost restaurant profitability
  • Prepare budgets for food, beverages, and supplies
  • Oversee daily operations and assess staff performance
  • Recruit, train, and manage team members
  • Coordinate daily activities and manage inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Address customer concerns and deliver outstanding service
  • Manage events and catering operations
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Serving It Right Certificate
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Culinary Focus:
  • Expertise in Mexican cuisine
Security Requirements:
  • Criminal record check and references are mandatory
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced atmosphere with strict deadlines, requiring attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Personal Attributes:
  • Strong client focus, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills
