Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Guac Mexi Grill St Catherines is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef.
  • Supervise Food Delivery: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
