  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.

  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate tray assembly.
  • Establish work schedules and maintain records of staff performance, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
