BAR BURRITO is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
