Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at George's Greek Village Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food and beverage services are provided to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Setting: Restaurant
  • Tasks:
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Establish work schedules
Supervision:

3-4 people

Experience:

Will train
