Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger King. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and serve food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
