Food Service Supervisor

Guac Mexi Grill St Catherines is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the delivery of food trolleys.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and prepared for their shifts.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
