Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger King. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food meets quality control standards and is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
