About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Specialist to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook and prepare meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory and make purchases of food products and supplies
  • Perform food preparation tasks, including cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards for food preparation and safety
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform at a quick pace while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
  • Drive, motivation, and a positive attitude to succeed in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Food safety training and certification
  • College degree in culinary arts or a related field
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and menu items
