About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at DREAMERS BAR INC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff
  • Schedule and Manage Staff Rotas
  • Liaise between Chefs and Customers
  • Address Customer Complaints and Concerns
  • Provide Menu Information and Answer Customer Questions
  • Greet and Welcome Customers
  • Perform Opening and Closing Procedures
  • Manage Customer Reservations and Table Assignments
  • Process Customer Payments
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant.
