We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at DREAMERS BAR INC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Schedule Staff: Oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house team, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and scheduled to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Liaise with Chefs and Customers: Act as a liaison between our chefs and customers, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that customer requests are met.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions about menu items and preparation methods, and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Perform Opening and Closing Activities: Perform opening and closing duties, including receiving customers' reservations, assigning tables, and processing payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, team player
- Experience: Will train
