About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at DREAMERS BAR INC. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff
  • Schedule and Manage Staff Schedules
  • Liaise between Chefs and Customers
  • Address Customer Complaints and Concerns
  • Provide Menu Information and Answer Customer Questions
  • Greet and Welcome Customers
  • Perform Opening and Closing Activities
  • Manage Customer Reservations and Table Assignments
  • Process Customer Payments
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. As a Host/Hostess, you will be required to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant.
