About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Oh Doughnuts. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our stores, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
  • Staff Performance Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and that we can meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our stores are safe and healthy environments for our customers and staff, and that we comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Management: Assist with the planning and execution of events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Urban area
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system
  • Security and Safety: Bondable
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask
