Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Oh Doughnuts. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on tasks and responsibilities
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Lead and instruct individuals on tasks and responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Manage events and promotions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Urban area work setting
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and dependability
