Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Oh Doughnuts. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and provide feedback to staff on their performance.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Urban area work setting.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Dependability, reliability, and team player skills.
