- Balance Cash and Complete Balance Sheets: Ensure accurate and timely completion of cash handling and balance sheet tasks, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Leading/Instructing Individuals: Provide guidance and instruction to staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
- Manage Events: Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and in-store activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- 5-10 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth.
- Point of Sale System: Proficient in using point of sale systems, with a strong understanding of inventory management and cash handling procedures.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and able to maintain a high level of security and safety awareness, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation and a valid driver's license, with a strong understanding of transportation and travel requirements.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, team player, and able to multitask.
