Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Oh Doughnuts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage events and promotions, ensuring a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
