- Monitor Staff Performance: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach staff to ensure they meet the high standards of customer service and sales expectations.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Balance Cash and Complete Balance Sheets: Ensure accurate and timely completion of cash handling, balance sheets, and other financial reports to maintain a high level of financial integrity.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review staff performance, provide feedback, and set goals to ensure staff are meeting expectations and contributing to the success of the store.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise to maintain a high level of product availability and minimize waste.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including training staff on safety procedures and protocols.
- Leading/Instructing Individuals: Provide guidance, support, and training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of the store.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive shopping experience.
- Manage Events: Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- 5-10 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a retail or hospitality environment, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Point of Sale System: Proficient in the use of point of sale systems and other retail technology.
- Bondable: Must be bondable.
- Own Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to and from work.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
