About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. We are committed to helping our customers and partners grow and succeed.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales growth in our existing customer database. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with key vendors to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Prospect and onboard new accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of related sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to drive business growth and expansion.
