Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Fraction. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the mortgage industry to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales with a strong background in residential mortgages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and market trends.
