At Richemont Americas, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Vacheron Constantin boutique in Yorkdale Mall, Toronto, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing boutique performance, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement:
    • Develop and implement annual action plans to achieve sales targets, monitor and adjust as needed.
    • Set and track sales associate individual targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
    • Monitor boutique KPIs and build strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:
    • Provide exceptional client service to support sales growth and client retention.
    • Develop and manage new business development ideas through networking and event planning.
    • Create and lead events in the boutique to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
  • Team Management & People Development:
    • Recruit and build a talent pipeline of high-performing team members.
    • Motivate and support team members to achieve performance goals.
    • Drive performance and compensation management processes, ensuring people development and engagement.
  • Boutique Operations & Administration:
    • Ensure adherence to all Maison and Group policies and procedures.
    • Support annual store inventories and audits, as required.
    • Oversee and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, providing strategic analysis and action plans.
    • Manage T&E and all boutique expenses.
    • Lead maintenance matters to ensure the boutique meets brand standards.
Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years prior management experience and background in luxury product selling required.
  • Experience with PR events and networking strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills required.
  • Experience with SAP desired.
  • Additional language skills a plus.
  • Ability to motivate, cultivate, and develop team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
