Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Herc Rentals. As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales revenue, and ensuring the accuracy of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the selection, operation, and maintenance of equipment
  • Maximize sales revenue through superior customer service and effective communication
  • Finalize sales from inbound inquiries and successful outbound telemarketing
  • Write up rental agreements and perform administrative tasks
  • Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment
  • Generate, process, and analyze daily business reports
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous inside or business-to-business customer service experience in the industrial, equipment rental, or construction sectors
  • Ability to make outbound calls and generate sales leads on a daily basis
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and customer service focus
  • Solid computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office

Compensation and Benefits
