Job Description

Overview: The Lead Project Coordinator will oversee significant, intricate projects that support the essential operational systems of HOVER SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. This position is responsible for planning and supervising the daily operations of each project, ensuring compliance with project management standards and timelines, while collaborating closely with various departments. The Lead Project Coordinator must possess strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, risk assessment expertise, and problem-solving abilities, with familiarity in both waterfall and agile project management frameworks.

  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables;
  • Create comprehensive project plans and timelines, assess necessary resources, and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Implement robust risk management strategies and serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders;

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in executing projects utilizing waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies;
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change in medium-to-large scale projects;
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent;
  • 5-10 years of experience in Project Management;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and documentation capabilities;
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational proficiency;
