Operations Coordinator

Athletics Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing aspects of retail operations, including inventory, marketing, promotions, and on-site event work.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with suppliers to manage inventory and product delivery
- Coordinate new product launches, including product descriptions, photo editing, and SEO optimization
- Create and launch sales, promotions, and other seasonal marketing initiatives
- Manage on-site pop-up shops, including inventory, sales, and volunteer management
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager, IT and Membership Services
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in merchandise, marketing, or operations
- Working knowledge of Shopify, specifically adding products, reports, and website updates
- Experience or history with track and field, knowledge of the sport, and technical rules
- Must have a full driver's license
- Customer service focused, highly organized, and strong communication skills
The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at the National Office and expected to work at the merchandise warehouse at least 2 days a week.
