Our client, a highly respected law firm in downtown Ottawa, is seeking a Corporate Law Clerk to support their growing practice.

About the Role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents, supporting transactions, and managing day-to-day practice tasks.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years of experience supporting a corporate commercial practice in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in MS Office Suite and various legal software. A legal administration or law clerk diploma from an accredited institution is required.
