About the Role
As a Corporate Law Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's professionals in drafting legal documents, transactional support, and day-to-day practice management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents
* Provide support on transactions, including due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
* Assist with practice management tasks, including file organization, document management, and other administrative duties

What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will possess 3+ years' experience supporting a corporate commercial practice in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in the entire MS Office Suite of products and various legal software. You will have successfully obtained a legal administration or law clerk diploma through an accredited institution.
