Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Taste of Spice. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using a range of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and safe, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
