We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10168477 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate special events and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain a positive work environment.
- 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary arts, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree an asset.
