About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Royal Paan. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Prepare and cook meals, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
